Designing Sheds
The Shed Factory can supply you with either a kit shed or provide a full installation service.
Kit Sheds
Buying a kit shed need not be difficult. If you have the basic knowledge in construction, building your own shed will be a breeze. Once you have purchased your kit shed, The Shed Factory will supply you with the correct paperwork for your permit to build right through to your application for your occupancy permit.
You will receive concreting and construction details as well as your cast in footing brackets.
The Shed Factory will consolidate your complete shed in our own yard.
If your kit shed requires special packaging please advise our staff.
Fully Installed Sheds
If you don't have the time or practical experience to build your shed, The Shed Factory can fully install for your convenience. "Fully Installed" means The Shed Factory will look after all the standard building permits, lay the concrete and construct your shed and provide you with your occupancy permit.
We currently provide full installation to Darwin, Palmerston and Rural Areas up to approximately 100km from Darwin.
Areas further afield are subject to negotiation.
